Throwing a Macaron Manicure Party | Beauty

Girl’s Nights In are seemingly a thing of the past for me. Ever since I turned 18 in October 2014, my main motive for the weekend has always been to go out and party. Recently I’ve had a couple of girl’s nights in though – nights spent in my pyjamas in front of the TV with some snacks and a glass of wine and do you know what? I actually really enjoyed it – and have since been looking for fun girls night in ideas. Brioche Pasquier recently got in touch and invited me to throw a macaron manicure party for Galentine’s Day – which of course, I agreed to!
Brioche Pasquier very kindly sent me everything I’d need to throw a macaron manicure party – nail files and other handy tools, some nail varnish, decor to decorate my room for the party, and of course – Macarons! The macarons came in 6 flavours – vanilla, framboise (raspberry), coffee, pistachio, chocolate and lemon. My favourites of the bunch have to be strawberry and vanilla – two classic flavours that I adore. I noticed that the nail varnish colours that I’d been sent actually matched the colours of the macarons – so everything actually ties in really well. These macarons actually arrived frozen, which is ideal as you don’t have to worry about them having a short shelf life – they came in a pack of 36, so you can leave them in your freezer and defrost them when you need them – they’re so pretty and perfect for sharing. I found that they’re available on Ocado (HERE), If you’d like to get your hands on some.
I actually ended up being away for Galentine’s Day – but it’s okay as I think a macaron manicure party would be perfect for any occasion. In fact, I think it’s a good excuse to get your friends together if you haven’t seen them in a while! I actually had my mum sample these delicious macarons with me, so it’s a nice idea even if you want to just have a catch up with your mum.
If you’re planning on having a Girl’s Night In soon, why not throw a macaron manicure party?! See what else Brioche Pasquier has to offer on their website too – there’s recipes on there too if you fancy some more inspiration!
Have a great week!
